Dr. Crystal Chang, DDS
Dr. Chang focuses on combining modern dentistry techniques to empower her patients to reach their full oral health potential. She thrives on creating a comfortable and gentle experience for her patient.
Dr. Chang grew up in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University. She chose to pursue dentistry because of her close relationship with her own family dentist. She received her doctoral degree from the University of California, San Francisco and was inducted into the national dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. She was awarded the Dental Alumni Association’s notable Clinical Excellence Scholarship. Dr. Chang then spent an additional year in advanced hospital dentistry training at Veterans Affairs, Palo Alto. She frequently engages in continuing education and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Chang serves as faculty at Stanford School of Medicine and actively trains medical and dental residents at the Stanford University Hospital. She is an active member of the California Dental Association and certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support by the American Heart Association.
In her spare time, Dr. Chang can be found spending time with her family, reading a book while lounging with her dog or trying new restaurants and recipes.
